Every person is afraid of something aren’t they? We eventually believe that fear is normal and it’s just something we have to live with. Although we were all made to live a life that is free of doubts, worries and barriers, most people today are living a life that is far LESS than the BEST. Fear is the weight that holds us back from living a life that is fun, fulfilled and joyful! Anxiety and stress are at an all time high in today’s world and Panic Away can make that anxiety vanish!

Fear may start off obscure and non-threatening, but over time it’s bite is deadly. Many people stay away from what they’re afraid of, other’s work around their fear and some choose to believe that their fear is not a big deal. At the end of the day, we must come to realize that fear does not stand still, it is always growing and eventually will consume you.

Howard Hughes was one of the richest men in the world but he died with fear. He had enough money to do whatever he wanted but he spent the last years of his life locked up in hotel rooms. He was afraid of germs, afraid to contact people, FEAR totally controlled his life.

Fear Can Be Beaten

Watch your words. Speak good words and become a good person.

Don’t quit and you will WIN!

Don’t allow the fear to control and steer your thoughts, if you do the general pattern of your thinking will be fearful. So renew your mind with positive thoughts and watch your life change for the better.

Choose freedom and believe that freedom from fear is possible. It’s OUR life and OUR choice!

Choose Power. Many people are fearful only because they allow their ruts of fear to continue to control their thinking. A rut doesn’t stay the same. The more you use it, the bigger it gets. Face up to your responsibilities and learn to DO IT afraid.

Realize that the most important thing is to have hope for tomorrow. Although negative circumstances are around you, get a vision and hold on to it. You are in control.

You MUST ATTACK fear in your life, become serious and committed to do whatever it takes and fear will no longer control you. Tear down every limit in your life and others too!

Dealing with the loss of someone close to us can be very difficult for anyone to handle. Of course it was devastating when my girlfriend’s mom died. Shortly after her mom’s passing she started to realize how much she was forgetting things. Super organized, always on the ball and a perfectionist her forgetfulness really started to distress her. If an appointment was forgotten or she misplaced her keys, any of those simple things would fling her into a violent anxiety attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s cancer or a brain tumor? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?

She began feeling unsure of herself, unable to focus or concentrate and scattered as more time went by. Her irrational, obsessive thoughts would make her spiral out of control and her anxiety attacks were frightening. Trying to find which disease she had she would be on the internet for hours. She was certain she was going crazy. She didn’t even want to talk about it with any of her family or friends fearing that they would all think she’s crazy too. She was scared.

Grieving is a process and it takes time, death is a huge tragedy. It’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. Because her mind couldn’t think logically at the time, she became obsessed running to the doctor every time she’d forget something, her obsessive thoughts seemed completely normal. She asked her doctor to perform many different tests but he concluded that she had General Anxiety Disorder, surprised but a little relieved, she didn’t know how to stop the anxiety on her own.

The fear of dying was the root of her anxiety, especially since having her mother die. Most reasons of panic and anxiety come from being fearful of something. If you suffer from anxiety or panic have you asked yourself what you`re afraid of? Her obsessive thoughts consumed her so even during the night she would wake up trembling in fear.

Thankfully, she knows now that those thoughts although unbearable were imagined and since trying Panic Away has kicked those thoughts to the curb! Panic Away stops the fear of you thinking you’re going crazy. It has taught her how to regain control and her memory and confidence has improved.

Feeling like you’re going insane and nervousness are common when experiencing anxiety but the truth is that you don’t have to suffer from any more panic or anxiety attacks. No matter how long you’ve been suffering with anxiety, Panic Away`s One Move Technique (21-7 Technique) will bring you back to your normal self!

A relatively new therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique has been used successfully by thousands of people for Managing panic attacks. Other alternative Cures for panic attacks include, hypnotherapy, reflexology and NLP.

The Emotional Freedom Technique is very similar to other meridian therapies such as Acupuncture. Used in Chinese medicine, the practice of acupuncture dates back thousands of years, and is the use of long thin needles which are placed lightly on meridian points on the body to stimulate flow of chi.

Similarly, EFT is able to stimulate flow of chi by accessing major meridian points on the body. Relief from emotional distress and physical ailments can be very quick since the meridian system is worked on directly. The use of needles is not required, but instead you stimulate the major meridian points on your body by rhythmically tapping on them with your fingertips.

It’s been long known that the mind and body are connected and that one affects the other. Experiencing emotional distress and stress can be interpreted as a disruption in the body’s natural energy flow. As they build up, more stress hormones are released triggering Panic Symptoms.

Practicing the tapping sequence brings about balance in the energy system, releasing built up stress hormones and adrenaline, which relieves symptoms of anxiety and stress. The tapping of the meridian points is combined with the use of affirmations during practice. Emotional pain can manifest as physical symptoms, which is why EFT is so effective since it treats both the cause of the problem as well as it’s symptoms.

Although EFT is a fairly new therapy, it’s use and success has spread across the globe. EFT isn’t just effective at emotional issues and managing panic attacks. It’s also effective at dealing with physical pain. Applying EFT is very easy and only takes a few minutes to learn, since you can ignore the science behind it and just get stuck in. There are lots of resources online to find out how to do it step by step.

Apart from the actual tapping itself, it’s important that the core problem is recognized and worked on. Write down the physical or emotional issue you want to fix so that you begin the technique with a clear outome. It is important to use self accepting and positive language when using affirmations. A healthy love and respect for oneself is healthy for the mind and body to grow and develop positively.

EFT doesn’t require any tools but your fingertips and can be applied at anytime, making it convenient for managing panic attacks that occur out of the blue. The technique should also be applied as soon as you experience moments of stress, anxiety, negative thoughts or emotions to counteract them. Feel free to adapt the affirmations to your needs. If you feel embarrassed tapping in public, try massaging the meridian points with your finger tips or doing it in private.

EFT doesn’t promise 100% success rate, but it’s important to apply it regularly to see significant results. Don’t simply do it a few times and give up. Don’t be afraid to use the technique for other physical and emotional problems. Your energy system will improve in time by practicing it routinely.

It’s not surprising that a number of people would prefer Coping with panic attacks without prescription medication. Shockingly prescription medication has taken the lives of many big Hollywood stars. In reality, thousands of people die from taking medication every year. Reasons are usually due to taking too much or mixing medications.

Anti-anxiety medication although sometimes effective at reducing Anxiety symptoms, fails to address the real cause of anxiety. People also worry of the possible side effects of medication and that they may become addicted. Prescription medication shouldn’t be abused and instructions on use should be followed carefully.

Medication might initially help in Controlling Panic Attacks but in the long term they will lose effectiveness. Unfortunately patients grow dependent on them and often increase their dosage to try and attain the same effect. Worse still, doctors may recommend an increased dosage. Mixing different types of medication also poses as a danger.

Fairly common, is that men who suffer from anxiety disorders resort to alcohol for coping with panic attacks. This can be a lethal concoction when mixed with anxiety medication. Anxiety medication does not remedy the root cause for attacks, so in the long run it does not help.

Instead of using anxiety medication for controlling panic attacks, there are safer and more natural ways to deal with symptoms. A meridian energy tapping technique known as Emotional Freedom Technique is one such method. A person taps on specific points on the body to rebalance energy flow. For some, this might sound like a pie in the sky technique that won’t work. However, one must realize how our physiology is connected to our psychological behaviors.

During an anxiety attack, a sufferer notices the physical symptoms that manifest. They experience nausea, trembling, chest pains and rapid breathing. The triggers however are psychological, such as fear, phobias and beliefs. Psychological pain manifest into physical pains. What we feel inside ultimately manifest into our physical actions and vice versa.

Controlling panic attacks using EFT and Meridian therapies is both natural and safe. Growing in common use are therapies such as NLP made popular by Anthony Robbins and hypnotherapy. Health, diet and exercise are highly ignored methods that have tremendous effect on psychological health and wellbeing. Eating a proper and health diet and practicing exercise often is all it takes.

Your outlook on life and you beliefs sometimes need change in order to overcome anxiety and fears. It’s your fears and negative beliefs that get you down. Reducing stress and changing your outlook can promote a happier mood. Success in all aspect of life comes from motivation and pushing for goals that achieve happiness. Apply yourself and start learning and growing so that you increase your potential in life.

Going out and meeting people is a great confidence booster and relieve stress. Read self help books and learn to take control of your emotions so that you can be the boss of you. Make time to give yourself a break whether it be some light reading, a long bath, a walk in park, or watching a movie. Avoiding triggers of anxiety and stress will also aid in coping with panic attacks.

If you’re after a safer and more natural Panic Attack Remedy that isn’t addictive you might be wondering what the options are. Fortunately for those that prefer natural solutions for health problems there’s an array of treatments to choose from. Popular alternatives for treating anxiety are; aromatherapy, hypnosis, behavioral therapy and herbal remedies. Here we take a look at the various options available without anti-anxiety medication.

The use of medicinal herbs is nothing new but in recent years has expanded much more commercially. In Hawaii, Kava is a popular drink that is used both recreationally and for health purposes. Kava was close to becoming a globally recognized and popular herb for mental health problems. Patients in a study suffered liver damage in one study that single-handedly ruined Kava’s long reputation.

It was later announced that the Kava product used in research was produced by a manufacturer that used the upper end of the Kava plant. Those who know Kava, know that this part of the plant is poisonous to humans. Those who are fans of Kava and have used Kava for years feel that the test results were unfair and has made a once popular remedy, unpopular. In the South Pacific, only the root of Kava is used in drinks.

The cultivation and use of Kava dates back 1000BC and since then has provided relief of health problems. As an anxiety and panic attack remedy it has shown promise. While alcohol creates dreaded hangovers, those that drink Kava feel no ill-effects in the morning. Among locals, this drink is heavily drank instead of alcohol at parties, ceremonies and celebrations. People who enjoy this herb notice its wonderfully relaxing and positive effects it has on the mind and body.

Those that have Social Anxiety disorder often turn to alcohol to rid their social inhibitions. A large number of male sufferers drink at social gatherings to reduce phobia symptoms. Sufferers are likely to find their condition worsen as a result of drinking and some may even develop depression. Kava is non-addictive and unlike alcohol is not a depressant.

Besides this popular panic attacks cure remedy others include, Passionflower, Hops, Motherworts and Valerian. These herbal remedies work mostly by calming the nervous system and promoting relaxation. Other natural alternatives for anxiety include reflexology, aromatherapy and acupuncture.

For hundreds of years, aromatherapy has been used for the treatment of various health conditions with the use of essential oils. People who use essential oils enjoy the relaxing effects in massage or in a hot bath. A great reliever of stress, there are a variety of oils to choose from that can be combined. Other forms of therapy include hypnotherapy made popular by Paul Mckenna.

This form of therapy works to change unconscious habits and beliefs that trigger anxiety. When the patient is under hypnosis, the hypnotherapist is able to influence the subconscious mind with positive beliefs and behaviors. Self help techniques such as visualizations, affirmations and EFT can also be effective at breaking old habits and promoting positive ones.

A potent panic attack remedy that most people ignore is simply regular physical exercise. It’s common knowledge amongst mental health doctors that exercise if a powerful antidote for anxiety and depression. Medical research shows that physical exercise increases natural good feel chemicals in the body while burning excessive adrenaline and stress hormones. For more on natural remedies to treat anxiety, go to the panic attacks cure help site.
